How Stabiframe collects, uses and protects your personal data (GDPR).

1. Data Controller
The controller for the processing of personal data is Stabiframe Sp. z o.o., ul. Żurawia 71, 15-540 Białystok, Poland — NIP PL9662147445.

2. Data Collected
Via the contact form, we only collect the data you provide to us: first name and surname, email address, telephone number (optional), company (optional), profile (architect, builder, developer, private individual), project region and postcode, the content of your message and, where applicable, any attachments you upload (plans, photos, files — 20 MB maximum).
We do not collect any browsing data for advertising purposes and do not use any third-party audience measurement tools.
3. Purposes and Legal Basis
Your data is used exclusively to: respond to your request, establish a technical proposal and a price estimate, and to provide commercial follow-up for your project.
The legal basis for the processing is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR) and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in monitoring the commercial relationship (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
4. Recipients
Your data is intended solely for the internal departments of Stabiframe Sp. z o.o. (design office, sales department, management). It is not sold, transferred or communicated to third parties for commercial purposes.
Attachments are stored securely in our hosting infrastructure, with access restricted to authorised personnel.
5. Retention Period
Data relating to a contact request is kept for the time necessary to process your request, then archived for a maximum of three (3) years from the last exchange, unless a longer retention period is required by law or a contract is concluded.
6. Transfers outside the European Union
Your data is hosted within the European Union. No transfers are made outside the European Union.
7. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted connection (HTTPS), strict access control to data, secure storage of attachments and access limited to authorised personnel only.
8. Your Rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object concerning your personal data.
To exercise these rights, please write to info@stabiframe.com, attaching proof of your identity. We will respond within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych — UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) or with the authority in your country of residence (in France: the CNIL).
