The company
A European industrial group: engineering office and plant
Stabiframe designs and produces light gauge steel framing: structural calculations, execution drawings, cold roll-forming with cutting and punching numerically controlled from the model.
Organisation
One plant, five countries, a single digital model
Headquarters and the production line are in Poland. Representatives follow projects in France, Spain, Belgium and the Netherlands, in the client's language and with the same deliverables.
We are not a housebuilder: we are the engineering office and the plant.

Our scope
We engineer and we manufacture. We do not erect.
Our scope ends at unloading: calculations, execution drawings, roll-forming, labelled panels, delivery. Erection is carried out by installation companies — yours, or one from our network.
- 01
Engineering office
Structural calculations, execution drawings, digital building model.
- 02
Plant
Cold roll-forming, cutting and punching numerically controlled from the model.
- 03
Erection network
More than 25 partner companies erect our frames on site, under their own responsibility.
Production and logistics
From the steel coil to the site

Our cold roll-forming line
The galvanised steel coil is progressively formed into a profile; cutting to length and punching are numerically controlled from the project model.

Loading and delivery
Numbered profiles or assembled panels, loaded on standard transport: no special convoy, no gauge constraint.
Material
High-strength zinc-magnesium coated steel
We roll-form European structural steel with a zinc-magnesium coating zinc-aluminium-magnesium coating. It is a technical choice: it also protects cut edges and punched holes, where classic galvanising stops.
Exact grades and thicknesses per the project calculation note: [TO BE CONFIRMED]
- Cut-edge protection
- The ZnAlMg coating reforms over edges and punched holes.
- Durability
- Suited to humid, saline and agricultural environments.
- Uniformity
- Traceable industrial coils: same grade, same thickness, same behaviour on every site.
The challenges ahead
What will decide tomorrow's construction
Three constraints apply to every client. Our model was built to answer them.
- 01
Shortage of skilled labour
Complex work moves to the workshop: the site receives numbered elements assembled to an erection drawing. Fewer skilled hours on site, fewer surprises.
- 02
Speed and cost control
The structure is calculated, modelled and produced from a single digital model. Quantities are known before production, erection is short and can be planned.
- 03
Environmental requirements
Steel is processed to size: offcuts are limited in the workshop instead of generated on site. Steel is recyclable and the reduced weight lightens foundations.
Why engineering office + plant rather than a traditional builder or heavy volumetric modular
The traditional builder depends on scarce labour and a long site. Volumetric modular transports volumes: convoy gauge, high logistics costs and constrained architectural freedom. Our 2D prefabrication ships flat packs or panels on standard transport, erects quickly and leaves the architect free on geometry, while keeping engineering and production under one roof.
