Our approach
A new envelope fitted onto the existing structure.
We design insulated light gauge steel panels, fixed to the existing facade (concrete, masonry or post-and-beam structure), with reservations for openings and technical penetrations.
Factory prefabrication reduces scaffolding time and disruption for occupants: the facade is closed floor by floor, without heavy demolition.
We calculate insulation thickness, fixings and junctions to reach the project's thermal target, in line with the destination country's requirements.
